OUR NORTH STAR

Convenience with
clear boundaries.

Respect for Orthodox families, customer privacy and honest retailer relationships comes before convenience. These are the commitments that guide the customer experience.

Our Mission and Commitments

Our purpose

Jewish Fashion Finder exists to make suitable clothing easier, safer, and more convenient for

Orthodox Jewish families. It should serve customers who shop online and customers who avoid or

cannot use the internet.

Our permanent commitments

1. Kosher-first service. The system is designed around the real clothing needs, dignity,

values, and shopping practices of Orthodox communities.

2. Access without internet. A subscriber should be able to search, compare, save, request

help, give feedback, and use supported shopping services through telephone voice or text.

3. Honest modesty guidance. Products are clearly labeled as working as-is, requiring a

separate shell or layer, or not qualifying under the selected requirements.

4. Dignified imagery. Public catalog imagery does not show women's faces or visible skin.

A subscriber's private try-on image is visible only to that subscriber after consent.

5. Transparent information. Price, item number, sizing uncertainty, shipping, returns,

stock freshness, retailer limitations, and material warnings are shown clearly.

6. Retailer responsibility is respected. We do not impersonate a retailer or falsely claim

to complete payment, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, or another retailer-controlled

action. Those actions require confirmation from the responsible retailer or an approved

integration.

7. Privacy and security by design. Personal measurements, contacts, photos, sessions,

orders, and feedback receive the minimum necessary access, retention, and disclosure.

8. Human control over consequential actions. AI can assist, explain, detect risk, and route

work, but it cannot secretly grant permissions or make unreviewed high-impact changes.

9. Simple, professional service. The system reduces unnecessary steps, provides clear

confirmations, and offers safe recovery and human assistance when automation is uncertain.

10. Continuous verification. Important features are tested for security, accuracy,

accessibility, restart survival, concurrency, failure recovery, and policy compliance.

Coverage and sizing guidance help with shopping decisions but cannot replace your own standards, the retailer’s current information or qualified advice.
